Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements. Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget. Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client. Provide support for design, execution and maintenance of quality system processes at respective departments. Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies. Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both. Ensuring that communication flows effectively. Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns. Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification. Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients. Writing client reports, monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, undertaking administration tasks, Arranging and attending meetings.

Support to issue and solve internal corrective measures report. Ensure current product quality specification to fulfill client’s requirements. Support quality management systems operation within organization. Provide support for design, execution and maintenance of quality system processes at respective departments. Plan, execute, control and finalize marketing projects/promotions according to strict deadlines and within budget. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Responsible for strategic direction and execution of all internal and external communications. Work to develop and maintain firms branding and visual identity guidelines. Conduct appropriate market research on competitive services and firms. Work on corporate intranet and Internet site developing and maintaining content including video/podcast content. Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools with input from product marketing, product management, executives, sales, PR and customers. Creates power point presentations for sales and management meetings.

Helping customers to change/cancel some products through cases to match their recent demands. Handling all types of Cisco orders (Standards, Non Standards, and Promotions, Trade-in, Services, Discounts and RMA orders). Interacting with Cisco Customers & Partners, Cisco Internal employees (Manufactory Planners, Logistics team, Account Managers, Customer Service Relationship Managers and Financial Controllers).

Dealing with the franchises & Mobinil POS. Activating the new lines. Migrating the lines from post paid to prepaid. Receiving cases from Shops. Dealing with CS department to resolve technical errors. Support the CS department with information and pending lines.
