Coordinated regional project activities across Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, engaging 1,200+ participants. Planned and executed selection rounds, school visits, and educational outreach activities. Led and moderated offline and online events, workshops, and information sessions. Collaborated with government institutions, local authorities, NGOs, and private-sector partners.

Led and coordinated a national alumni network of 300+ fellows across Kyrgyzstan. Organized networking, teambuilding, and educational events to support alumni professional growth and collaboration. Built and maintained strong relationships with American Councils, funders, and U.S. Embassy–affiliated stakeholders.

Led and delivered 7 social and educational programs focused on youth leadership and professional development. Organized 100+ educational, networking, and community events within one year. Successfully fundraised 4+ million KGS through the ProKG Charity Auction 2023.

Worked directly with 100+ vulnerable families and 350+ children across multiple regions of Kyrgyzstan. Managed more than 10 educational and social projects & events. Developed individual family growth plans through education, livelihood, and social support initiatives.
