Designed, developed, and launched REFER, a referral code sharing platform that automates and optimizes referral visibility. Architected the full-stack application, handling UI/UX design, front-end, backend, authentication, and database structure. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Auth0, and MongoDB ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Integrated Stripe for seamless subscription management, including tiered pricing and automated billing. Managed all aspects of product development, including feature prioritization, iterative improvements, and user feedback integration.

Spearheaded the design, implementation, testing and deployment of new game loops, managing the entire process independently from concept to production. Optimized redundant game loops to reduce required daily playtime by over 30 minutes, minimizing player friction, preventing burnout, and enhancing accessibility to newcomers.
