Hey, my name is Alejo Bagnera, I’m from Argentina. I went to the US to study Economics & Finance while also playing college tennis. Over the past 4 years I’ve been deep in Web3 and blockchain, where I’ve done everything from community management to research and trading.

I’ve coordinated collaborations across global Web3 communities, supported project launches, and moderated communities of over 5,000 members. On the finance side, I’ve interned at Lake City Bank and Hylant, where I worked on wealth advisory, compliance, and risk management. I’m also hands-on with DeFi protocols like staking, liquidity pools, and tokenomics.

I’m bilingual (Spanish/English), adaptable, and passionate about bridging traditional finance with blockchain innovation. My goal now is to bring my skills in project coordination, community building, and DeFi knowledge to a Web3/blockchain role where I can grow and make an impact.
