Served as a member of the SAP system implementation project and carried out differentiated blueprint design according to different businesses in different regions, completed system configuration, document writing, user acceptance testing and training in all regions. Coordinated with more than 10 key users from different departments such as project management module, finance module, etc. and conducted user research and interviews, completed more than 10 blueprints for process design, system configuration, writing self-developed programme functions and testing. Prepared test plans and scripts for the production company and completed the review and management of key user test documents. Collected, sorted, classified and imported data relating to the QM module. Prepared weekly reports and plans, formulated weekly plans for the quality team, user training plans and organised system testing for key users.

Summarised and collated the account opening conditions of different varieties of futures, related trading requirements, collected and categorised customer needs and problems, and reported to the supervisor. Assisted the department manager in maintaining industrial clients and making return visits to the clients, and researched the needs (including the financial needs of the clients and their suppliers/recommendation and popularisation of futures products). Participated in the development of rules and procedures for different lines of business, and revised or wrote corresponding systems.
