Performance Marketer

I have been Head of Performance Marketing at an marketing agency, as well as had other minor marketing roles. 

Been doing paid ads campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, and YouTube, managing around 50 000 USD of monthly spend. 
A/B tested everything from ad content, URLs, bid strategies, and creative formats (banner, video, text). 

Coming up with new creative concepts for clients. 

Have worked with companies of all sizes, from startups looking to scale up to departments of global famous brands. 

Build relationships in different industries: Often but not always, the CEO or CMO has been my main point of contact. 

Conversion optimization: Conversion rate optimized e‑commerce stores and lead‑generating websites. 

Optimized sales funnels to achieve low cost of acquisition. 

Technical setup, Analysis & Reporting: Have implemented advanced conversion tracking. Setup of tracking so ROAS & POAS could be fed to the algorithms and to the key stakeholders ‑ whether through Google tag manager, APIs, or other solutions. 

Built, designed, and connected custom‑made dashboards for clients where they could see their most important KPIs visualized in a central place. 

This in conjunction with good client relationships have made companies I've worked with accelerate their user growth, retention and revenue.
