Shibarium is a multi-dApp ecosystem where I helped ship core products, including the DEX, Magazine, Ads/Publishers platforms, and a cross-app communication layer. Key impact: Updated the DEX frontend to the latest Next.js/Web3 stack, simplifying long-term development and integration of new blockchain modules. Boosted marketing, content, and dev team productivity by ~75% by leading Magazine’s migration to a CRM with custom blockchain plugins. Optimized NFTs contracts & back-end communication. Improved cross-team communication, enabling module reuse and faster conflict/incident resolution, saved 3 months of time for the team.

To gain my exposure to crypto and blockchain development, I joined Robots.farm, a full-stack Web3 game built with a new JS framework. Key achievements: Stabilised the front-end, reducing bug reports by ~80%. Researched, designed, and delivered a fully working DEX. Built new application modules that contributed to a 2x increase in revenue. Integrated experimental Web3 providers into the app’s auth flow, boosting marketing reach and partnerships. Redesigned the app’s layout system using Netflix-inspired styling principles.

As CTO and co-founder, I strengthened my skills in team management, delegation, traffic-flow optimization, revenue-driven development, and adopting new technologies to upsell and retain customers.

I developed fundraising and membership-registration platforms and optimized the website’s responsive design to support the party’s marketing goals.

During my tenure, I helped the company solve billing and system-performance issues, increasing revenue and allowing the team to focus more on marketing and sales rather than client management. Under my initiative, we migrated the system to a stronger architecture, helping the company outcompete two direct competitors. I implemented and managed a multi-level internship program, which allowed the company to grow faster and stay resilient during the post-COVID economic shake-up.

I worked as a full-stack Node.js/PHP developer. Together we shipped desktop apps, APIs for mobile apps, responsive website improvements, and complex JavaScript solutions for Moodle’s front-end UI.

I developed most of the product, including the database, DevOps, full-stack features, payment processing, and some marketing components. During this time, I grew from a junior to a strong full-stack developer.
