I'm a 19-year-old marketer from Ukraine with about a year of hands-on experience in performance marketing — running paid campaigns, testing creatives, and optimizing based on data daily. 

Before that, I spent time in crypto directly: trading, following projects, and understanding how on-chain communities actually behave, not just reading about it. 

I also run several Twitter accounts I built from zero, including one crypto-focused, where I've learned firsthand what makes an audience pay attention and stick around in this space. 

I'm looking for a growth/marketing or account management role at a crypto or web3 company — ideally remote — where I can apply what I already understand about this audience and keep building toward running things myself one day.
