Мanager specializing in turnkey tokenization of real-world assets. 

I take businesses from raw asset to a live, compliant investment product — owning regulatory structuring, deal architecture, business analysis, product design, and go-to-market. 

My focus is Security and Asset-backed tokenization — optionally NFT or utility.

I have led three tokenization builds to market:

  1. Sabai Property — Thailand.
  2. Renance — Cambodia.
  3. A cross-border, worldwide real-estate tokenization market build — currently in its final stages (under NDA).
Structure tokenization projects across the EU, Luxembourg, the UAE, Asia, Africa, and Ukraine.

Coordinate legal providers and technical teams to create, build, and deliver tokenization projects.

Publish on tokenization practice for HackerNoon, Medium, and the Sabai Protocol blog. 

Backed by a finance degree and 9+ years building and running operational and talent functions across fintech, Web3, and investment companies.
