Project Management and coordination of a small team of internal and external stakeholders for the delivery of ICT solutions B2B/B2C/B2G according to clients' requirements in the field of innovation, through the implementation of Blockchain technology, Internet of Things (IoT) and related tools. Close collaboration with senior executives during the early stages of life of the start-up, taking on business development and networking activities for the implementation of the business strategy. Design and implementation of innovative business models for the Clients through the adoption of Blockchain technologies and decentralised applications (dApps). Responsible for the development of the Quality strategy to meet quality standards in the delivery of services to the Clients. Responsible for the design and development of the Quality Management System (QMS), including drafting and implementation of standard procedures (SOP) and work instructions, implementation of the company's digital system, personnel training, business documentation, leading internal and external Audits. Achievement of the ISO 9001:15 and ISO 37001:2016 certifications in the field of 'Design and supply of solutions based on Blockchain technologies and Internet of Things'.

Member of the Foundation’s team engaged primarily in Project Management, ecosystem development & partnerships, drafting of business documentation, procurement and knowledge transfer throughout the community of users. Close collaboration with the Foundation's Directors and partners for the development of the strategy, liaising with Institutions, Government Agencies and international experts in the field of innovative technology. Guidance and support to businesses and individuals to facilitate the transition into Web3 through the adoption of innovative decentralised models based on Blockchain technologies and Internet of Things (IoT).

Responsible person for ensuring Quality of service for all field products. Defining standards and methodologies to follow in order to meet the clients’ requirements. Drafting and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, training material, Quality Control templates and procurement documents. Liaise with the field team, internal team and Clients.
