▪ Developed an SDK for backtesting DeFi investment strategies. The SDK encompassed data gathering and performance evaluation for strategies that interacted with protocols like Uniswap, Dopex, etc. ▪ Lead the development of Orange Finance’s token rewards system. This reward distribution system used merkle trees for distribution and was set up to handle distributions of multiple tokens for multiple investment vaults. ▪ Created an operations dashboard to understand asset allocation and the performance of existing investment strategies. ▪ Developed various backend systems to index and serve blockchain data that was used by Orange Finance’s frontend and business partner. ▪ Developed a Verifiable Random Function (VRF) system using Rust and Solidity to provide provable random numbers for on-chain use. ▪ Architected, implemented, and tested smart contracts for an under-collateralized lending module as well as several investment strategies built using other DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, AAVE, GMX, etc. ▪ Developed a sophisticated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipeline using Python and Elasticsearch, which captured real-time data from various DeFi protocols to support a dynamic risk management framework. ▪ Engineered simulation tools to evaluate investment strategy performances under diverse market conditions, thereby driving forward the platform’s strategic innovations. ▪ Migrated the existing customer facing frontend to Next.js and made use of server side rendering and data caching to reduce load times by 90%. ▪ Optimized the smart contract deployment pipeline to reduce deployment and upgrade costs by 50%. This was achieved by eliminating redundancies in how deployment libraries handle upgradeable contracts. ▪ Automated critical smart contract functions with custom bots to enhance protocol functionality and reliability. ▪ Developed tools to test smart contract upgrades for security vulnerabilities as well as bugs, thereby ensuring platform security and integrity.
