Two decades serving in the Canadian Armed Forces in wide variety of leadership, management, and technical roles of organizations - both conventional and special operations units domestically and on operations. Currently leading Canadian Army digital transformation in Director role, conceptualizing, establishing, and operating the Directorate of Digital and Army Combat Systems Integration (DDACSI) while concurrently filling roles/responsibilities of the Army Chief Data Officer. Motivate teams through autonomy, mastery, and purpose to achieve mission success. Possess/practice wide range of technical skills in addition to military leadership/management/planning and operations training/experience. Spend any free time building products, lately focusing on decentralized technologies (identity, provenance, attestations, DAOs) using Near Protocol, The Graph, and Ceramic Network.
Coding is my meditation/happy place, but if I need to switch it up, I box, skydive, and run ultra marathons. Always looking for new challenges and opportunities to leave an impact on the world.
