Designed and delivered platform-level features for Cisco Nexus Dashboard, a large-scale microservices product built in Go, using REST/HTTP and gRPC, deployed on Kubernetes with Terraform and Helm, and backed by Kafka, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB. Built an event-driven integration with external systems using Kafka for async decoupling across multiple microservices, significantly improving throughput and system load handling. Developed a cross-platform desktop app (Windows & macOS) using Go and Electron to collect and process data from external sources; also hardened CI/CD pipelines, cutting deployment time. Led cross-functional alignment across development, QA, marketing, design and internal stakeholders - producing technical specs, architecture diagrams, and test plans that shortened requirement cycles. Used AI tools daily for research, coding support, and test generation to move faster but carefully reviewing all output to match the quality and correctness bar as hand-written code.

Developed new features, maintained existing services, and resolved complex production incidents through deep root-cause analysis and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) in a Go/Goa microservices system using REST/HTTP and gRPC, Redis, DynamoDB, and Kinesis, deployed on Kubernetes with Terraform and Helm across multiple AWS regions. Served as technical lead for pull request reviews and support triage, improving team throughput and code quality across distributed environments. Designed and built a warehouse management system (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL) integrated with the shipping platform, enabling end-to-end operational automation. Managed AWS Elastic Beanstalk environments and built a notification module with ActiveMQ; conducted load testing with JMeter to validate reliability under peak traffic.

Developed and maintained core platform features using Java (JSF), PostgreSQL, and Jasper Reports, improving report generation speed and overall system stability. Integrated the platform with a Learning Record Store (LRS) via RESTful APIs, enabling advanced analytics and actionable reporting for enterprise customers. Owned the full SDLC - from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance - across multiple major product releases.
