Managed a team of Product Managers, building Trading and core financial systems: I achieved an 185% increase in clients’ trade volume (OKR 1) by Redefining Finalto's Product strategy and roadmap, providing a suite of B2B2C SaaS solutions for Brokers and financial Apps, as well as tools for embedded wealth and equity management. I achieved a 0% client churn rate by modernizing our B2B financial systems (Back-office, CRM, Trading engine, terminals, BI), resulting in the renewal of all client contracts. I achieved an X3 increase in the volume of Product releases and X5 in worker satisfaction by restructuring, managing, and mentoring a team of Product Managers. I achieved expansion to new domains, such as BaaS, and new GEOs, such as Africa by building new product lines, revenue models, and GEO-specific solutions. I drastically improved our B2B client interaction by serving as Finalto's outbound Product authority, conducting ongoing work sessions, and joining sell processes.

I lead Celsius' Decentralized Finance as a Service platform (B2B2C): I achieved over 200% growth in assets held in the program, totaling $1 Billion worth of assets, and over 300% growth in the number of clients using the platform. I transformed the program from an initial POC to a robust platform, by defining and building a variety of API-based financial services, such as User onboarding, Compliance & KYC, B2B2C Crypto account, savings and interest accounts, and BO capabilities. I got promoted from a Technical PM to Platform lead, to lead a group of POs and PMs and support the massive growth of the program, number of clients, and assets. Successfully owned Celsius' API-based embedded finance platform: from market research, defining the strategy, roadmap, and product solutions to leading a dedicated squad of engineers, QA, Dev-Ops, security, and UX/UI designer.

I served as the leader of the company’s core platform and sub-products, achieving a massive improvement in conversion KPIs, including Funnel optimization and checkout.

Leading all Product-related activities. Successfully launched new products for marketing automation, campaign builder, account security, and user communication tools.

Achieved a 29% increase in the average of the player’s first 4 deposits, 15% in the conversion from registration to 3rd deposit, and 16% in total net cash.
