Took the product from an empty repository to production in 9 months, now running 10 enterprise pilots, designing the interfaces (deal board, inbox, 360 record views, reporting) and writing the specs the team builds to. Built the React 19 / TypeScript operator panel, 30 feature modules on a shared design system, so a new module ships by composing existing components instead of redesigning them; the same system drives the customer app, chat widget, and SDK. Designed the CRM operation engine: an AI drafts every record change from a plain conversation and an operator confirms it before commit, replacing manual data entry with a review step, backed by 24 architecture decision records on ontology and tenancy. Built and owned 8 Python/FastAPI services (identity, billing and entitlements, notifications, analytics, conversation history, and a social gateway for Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp) on PostgreSQL and Kafka, with multi-tenant isolation strict enough to onboard banks. Shipped the agentic layer, a multi-model chat agent, an operator copilot, and a RAG concierge on an in-house LLM gateway with provider fallback and per-request cost attribution, now handling 3M+ conversations including a banking assistant live at three banks. Cut the CRM test suite from 926s to 46s, making per-merge CI viable for the whole team, and set the review and release standards it runs on.
