Handled international SaaS expansion in 5 countries: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, driving business growth and market penetration. Collaborated with Indonesia’s Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) for a B2G partnership to integrate Netiquette’s accounting software with their system, ensuring compliance and seamless financial reporting for businesses. Identified new market opportunities in over 5 countries by analyzing industry-specific needs and adapting suitable expansion strategies. Oversaw the entire Netiquette website ecosystem across 6 countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Developed API. I was responsible for developing an API using Golang and implementing a web service. Created API Flow for Admin, especially NPS. designed and implemented the API flow specifically tailored for the admin interface. Conducted performance testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues that arose, ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning of the API.

Designed the flow of an API (Application Programming Interface). Features were developed for a Tasqif application, including the Free Class and Subscription Class functionalities. Developed program structure and maintained code quality.

Developed the Globy Match feature from UI slicing to production launch, enabling users to find like-minded peers and engage in Globy programs. Integrated a chat feature within Globy Match to facilitate seamless communication between matched users. Conducted maintenance tasks, including administrative support for the chat program, chat feature maintenance, and Globy Match enhancements.

Successfully maintained and optimized e-learning websites CBT Key Learning and P3K, reducing page load times by 30% and enhancing the overall user experience and system performance. Designed the second version of the Brainfit website, improving user engagement by 40%. Developed the TKS System website and application, which increased logistics tracking efficiency by 25% and streamlined order management processes for over 20 active users. Built an admin banner feature that sped up user information delivery by 50%.

Designed and implemented 12 functions supporting 8 different features within an e-learning project using the Laravel framework. Developed 5 controllers to facilitate interaction between the front-end and back-end of the application. Provided server-side support for the Simple Game education using Node.js technology and managed server-side logic to process data, handle scoring, and synchronize user interactions on the server-side.
