Since the product is a fiat-crypto liquidity app (cards, IBANs, etc) we decided to rebrand it into Another, as an irony to the multitude existing competitors and to have an edge in the memecoin space as our token would be called $OTHER. Barnfight 2024 - 2025
Crypto-native community battle game As co-founder and CMO of Barnfight, I helped launch a competitive social game that turns community engagement into a chaotic, high-stakes arena on Solana. I came up with the name Barnfight—a blend of the thrill of a barn find and the adrenaline of a bar fight—to capture the raw energy of meme culture and on-chain rivalry. I helped shape the concept, led branding and narrative development, and designed the go-to-market strategy, focusing on user incentives, community tooling, and memecoin-native virality. During the Colosseum Solana Hackathon, we built the first version of the product and placed 4th in the Gaming Track, earning validation and visibility across the Solana ecosystem. I drove UX improvements based on early feedback, coordinated private test games, and designed mechanics that directly tie in-game wins to price action and holder growth. Ahead of our public launch, I embedded myself in memecoin and agent token communities—working directly with founders, mods, and CT leads to gather feedback, build hype, and secure the first lineup of participating projects.

Hypercent 2021 - 2025
Launched a zero-cost launchpad that had a token sale of $2M from 1,650 users. Led everything from positioning, strategy to marketing, BD, and partnerships. Worked directly with the Kadena team to become an official ecosystem project. Still active, but in hibernation while the ecosystem recovers. Narrative Design: Wrote the foundational public-facing announcement that clearly articulated the problem with traditional launchpads and introduced the Hypercent Fairlaunch model as a solution, emphasizing transparency, fairness, and creator-first incentives. Product Strategy: Collaborated closely with developers and ecosystem stakeholders to define the mechanics of the fairlaunch – including participation flow, token distribution, liquidity incentives, and refund guarantees. Tokenomics Simplification: Translated complex Web3 economic models into clear, digestible content that helped onboard both new users and experienced investors. Growth & Community Marketing: Created a compelling brand voice around the concept of “Fairlaunch,” which drove high engagement on social platforms and led to record-breaking participation in the launch. Positioning & Differentiation: Positioned Hypercent as a radically transparent alternative to VC-first launchpads, resonating strongly with early-stage projects and the broader crypto community. Beyond launching our own token, we successfully executed a high-stakes client token sale through the Hypercent Fairlaunch platform — raising $850K in the middle of a bear market, demonstrating the strength and adaptability of our model. This positioned Hypercent as a reliable launchpad even in challenging market conditions. In parallel, we expanded our product suite by launching an NFT marketplace — one of the first ever on the Kadena blockchain.

Zoidpay 2018 - 2020
Was part of the team that created Zoidpay. Initially it was called Zoidcoin Network, and it was a product that should have lowered product cost by creating transparency between buyers and sellers (no more ad fatigue, no more wasted costs on ads). We were a small team, but we did a good enough job for Williams F1 team to think that we can afford to sponsor them in 2019 (I toured the factory and all). Same responsibilities as above, everything marketing related from creating the actual product thesis to whitepaper, branding, copy, socials, etc. As always, wearing a lot of hats in small teams.

Heybewell 2017 - 2017
Summer of 2017, my first crypto related experience. Project obviously failed but I got to experience the growth of ETH, the first ICO cycle and all the crypto crazes. The company was doing some medical records on-chain kind of thing in times when you really had to find a reason to create a token. Times were harder from token fundraising perspectives, learning ways to beat the Howie test. I was responsible for everything marketing wise, branding, strategy, positioning, whitepaper, product. Small team, no product market fit, no connections to go through with the token sale, so project failed.
