VA Betting is a company specialising in providing football betting odds solutions using official historical data. The company working to an Agile method. I oversaw server migrations which led to promote me as the infrastructure team’s product owner/project manager.
During VA Betting's creation, I was the Product and Delivery Manager responsible for architecture and infrastructure team. I led planning, backlog management, and translated business needs into user stories. I coordinated cross-functional teams, enabling an early sports betting platform launch two months ahead of schedule. Additionally, I successfully managed data migrations, leading to becoming the product owner for VA Betting's infrastructure team.
