I am an experienced project manager and developer with a strong background in AI, Web3 and Web Development. I have successfully managed international teams of up to 50 people, including designers, frontend, backend, blockchain and AI teams, for more than 5 years, turning complex ideas into reality. My core strengths are:

- Project Management: extensive experience leading global teams and working effectively with product owners, designers and developers across multiple domains.

- AI & Machine Learning: expertise integrating LLM models for different use cases and building chatbots. Additionally, I have experience in developing recommendation systems and neural networks for algorithmic trading and other applications.

- Blockchain & Web3: skilled in developing Solidity Smart Contracts for prediction markets, staking, NFT marketplaces, token vesting and other DeFi protocols; experienced in managing the development of dApps with integrations, such as Solana and EVMs real-time listeners, and off-chain oracles.
