Staff Rust Engineer/Distributed Systems/Solana Infra
Staff Rust Engineer and Founding Engineer on two major Solana infrastructure projects.
I initiated and led Lite-RPC at Mangolana (seeded by a 1M SOL / ~$40M Solana Foundation grant), now the de-facto lightweight transaction forwarding standard used across the ecosystem. Most recently, as Founding Engineer #2 and tech lead at Rome Protocol ($9M seed led by Hack VC, Anatoly Yakovenko, and others), I architected and shipped a production shared multi-sequencer that powers atomic cross-chain EVM ↔ Solana transactions.
With 6+ years of Rust experience, I specialize in high-throughput, latency-sensitive systems: Tokio async, QUIC/TPU, gRPC/Tonic, Yellowstone Geyser, zero-copy I/O, on-chain programs, and EVM-SVM interop. I’ve led end-to-end delivery of sequencers, multi-hop DeFi routing engines (aggregating $2.3–2.5B liquidity), settlement contracts, and observability pipelines — all while comfortably leading small-to-medium engineering teams in fast-paced, remote environments.
Currently open to Staff/Founding Engineer roles in Solana infra, shared sequencers, DeFi primitives, or high-performance distributed systems. Let’s build the next layer of blockchain scalability together.
