Promoted from Senior QA to Lead — owning quality strategy across all DeFi product teams from requirements through release and production monitoring. Built and scaled the QA function: hired, onboarded, and mentored engineers; defined career paths, review cadences, and team rituals across multiple time zones. Established QA processes and test-management frameworks for cross-chain bridging, swaps, staking, trading, and on-ramp modules — including risk assessment, quality gates, and release checklists. Authored the full QA documentation suite from scratch: test strategy, test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, regression suites, user manuals, and post-release reports. Conducted in-depth requirements and business-logic analysis for new features, identifying gaps, edge cases, and on-chain risks before development started. Performed comprehensive manual testing across functional, non-functional, integration, acceptance, load, and security layers in a live production DeFi environment. Designed and built the team’s automation framework from the ground up using JavaScript/TypeScript with Mocha, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright, and Synpress — covering API, end-to-end, and Web3 wallet-interaction flows. Owned API testing via Postman, Swagger, and Vitest; validated data integrity against MongoDB and on-chain state across multiple networks. Developed internal QA tooling used daily by the product and operations teams: QA dashboard, Slack–Jira integration, and AMM & Trades utilities. Partnered with product, design, engineering, and customer operations to refine UX, triage production incidents, and feed user insights back into the roadmap. Owned release validation, post-deploy production monitoring, and incident response for a platform handling significant TVL across 27+ chains.

Managed test planning and execution to align with delivery milestones in a B2B logistics product. Built automated test scripts using Ghost Inspector to cover regression-critical user flows. Ensured release compliance with technical and contractual requirements; supported go-live activities.

Led day-to-day QA team activities — mentoring, prioritisation, sprint coordination, and stakeholder reporting. Drove test planning and automation in Cypress, plus performance audits across crypto exchanges, wallets, and blockchain-based products. Contributed to product and feature discussions, influencing scope and acceptance criteria from a quality perspective.
