Solely managed and handled the entire backend development using NestJS and GoLang, integrating both MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases for efficient data management and retrieval. Conceptualized, designed, and developed 30 microservices from scratch. Integrated services with blockchain technology, enriching the platform's functionalities and security measures. Specifically, designed and built a Config Service Helper using Web3 to optimize blockchain interactions. Implemented a robust and secure authorization system using JSON Web Tokens (JWT), ensuring a safe and authenticated user experience throughout the platform. Established efficient communication between microservices using NATS, ensuring seamless and reliable data exchange and coordination between different components of the system.

Developed a streamlined customer onboarding process, replacing the third-party application Bizom, resulting in enhanced efficiency and tailored onboarding experiences. Created and implemented cashback processes for specific customer segments, boosting customer retention. Engineered seamless crediting and debiting of referral amounts, encouraging referrals and loyalty. Integrated APIs with key third-party ERPs (e.g., Odoo, Magento, Moengage, Exotel) and developed end-to-end unit testing using Jest, ensuring robustness, reliability, and performance of the system. Additionally, facilitated smooth customer interactions through a customer calling feature for offline stores.
