I hold a Bachelor's Degreee in English, and I've had the privilege of managing the onboarding process for new clients for almost 3 years. This means I'm the go-to person for ensuring our clients have a smooth start with us.

As the primary point of contact during onboarding, I make sure all their needs are met efficiently. It's not just about setting them up; it's about ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey with us. Collaboration with internal teams is key. We work closely to make sure client needs are met, and any issues are addressed swiftly. That's how we keep our clients happy.

I enjoy developing customized game plans and presentations for new clients. It's a way to increase engagement and deepen their understanding of our products and services. My skill set includes customer success, business management, HR, marketing, presentations, data entry, customer service, and project management. My mission is to ensure our clients' satisfaction, from onboarding to ongoing success.

As a freelancer, I embrace the flexibility that allows me to pursue exciting adventures while working.  I thrive on the thrill of travel and the wonders of nature. With a passion for exploration, I find joy in embarking on nature trips, snorkeling adventures, and discovering new places.
