Architected custom Substrate pallets and runtime upgrades for enterprise clients, enabling governance, staking, and cross-chain asset functionality across the Polkadot ecosystem. Built Rust-based developer tooling, CI workflows, and testing frameworks for testnet deployment, benchmarking, and runtime security validation. Helped build an AI-powered multi-chain portfolio agent that enabled users to analyze wallet positions, receive portfolio-aware recommendations, and prepare Web3 transactions through a chat interface. Integrated MCP-based routing, wallet data, and live pricing into the agent while improving reliability through grounded outputs, tool-use controls, and prompt-hardening for execution and financial-advice edge cases.

Led development of the InvArch DAO Management Portal, building XCM-based asset and DAO management tools for the Polkadot ecosystem using TypeScript, React, and RPC integrations. Engineered runtime functionality for InvArch Network and Tinkernet using Rust and the Polkadot SDK (Substrate). Built MPC-based omnichain account solutions for secure cross-chain interactions, including AI agent-assisted MPC transaction flows that enabled agents and users to jointly participate in transaction initiation, approval, and execution. Developed an MVP SDK for secure blockchain interactions in Trusted Execution Environments (TEE). Researched and tested MPL-404 hybrid assets on Solana.

Designed and developed the backend architecture for a retail-focused hiring platform, implementing secure authentication, password recovery, and an AWS SES-powered email system. Modeled and optimized PostgreSQL data structures on AWS RDS for performance, scalability, and application reliability. Deployed and managed cloud infrastructure across AWS and Cloudflare, improving platform reliability and operational security.

Developed internal automation tools to eliminate manual workflows and improve lead-generation operations. Built and maintained Python-based ETL pipelines that ingested, transformed, and synchronized data across Pipefy, Salesforce, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. Led a large-scale data migration of active and historical records from Pipefy and other sales platforms into Salesforce, improving data centralization and operational continuity.

Built and launched automation software for investment brokers in Brazil, growing it into a profitable SaaS business. Acquired 25+ paying customers through strategic partnerships and network-driven expansion. Led product development, engineering, sales, and go-to-market strategy end to end before transitioning to new ventures.
