I started my technical career in Naples (Italy) with a part-time apprenticeship next to my study of Electrical Engineering at university.
I spent almost my entire career in the security field, focusing in particular on Alarm systems, video security systems, cameras and networking. In my job, the privacy and security of customers are the priority. 

After almost 10 years of experience, in 4 different countries, I learned how to deliver high-quality customer support through the ticketing system, email and phone calls. 
Besides that, I recently also develop skills as a team manager, as in my previous job, I was responsible for my team and for the main platform used for supporting customers. 

I decided that I want to start a new challenge in my career, and follow another passion that I have since a long time, the crypto world. In particular, the idea that I can be part of the process of the mass adoption of crypto makes me very excited. 

I am a great team worker but also confident in working alone, I am native in Italian and speak fluent English and Spanish, studying currently Dutch.
