BANKING NOTIFICATION & MESSAGING PLATFORM • Developed and maintained a high-volume, banking-integrated communication platform using Core PHP, Node.js, and .NET to support customer messaging and engagement workflows. • Designed and implemented mass email and WhatsApp broadcasting capabilities for e-statements, promotional campaigns, notifications, and other customer communications. • Built two-way chat functionality that enabled platform users to continue conversations with bank customers after broadcast messages were delivered. • Supported approximately 1,000+ users and handled daily messaging volumes ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 messages. • Centralized large-scale customer communication workflows by combining broadcasting and conversational messaging capabilities within an integrated banking ecosystem. BANK TRANSACTION DATA • Identified the challenges of monitoring and processing transaction data across multiple banking platforms and developed a centralized bank transaction monitoring system using React.js and Node.js. • Designed and implemented automated workflows for retrieving, processing, and validating transaction records from different banking platforms. • Developed APIs to integrate validated transaction data with financial applications, supporting automated transaction processing and reconciliation workflows. • Improved transaction visibility and operational efficiency by centralizing account activity monitoring and providing near real-time access to transaction data. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES • Identified the need to simplify the purchase and management of multiple digital products and services and developed a centralized web-based top- up platform using Laravel. • Designed and implemented transaction workflows for e-wallet top-ups, mobile airtime, gaming vouchers, and utility bill payments. • Integrated third-party payment gateways and service provider APIs to support secure payment processing, automated order fulfillment, and transaction status synchronization. • Improved operational visibility by providing centralized monitoring of transactions and order statuses throughout the payment lifecycle. SATELLITE COMMUNICATION MONITORING & ANALYTICS PLATFORM • Identified the need for centralized and real-time visibility into satellite communication operations and developed a monitoring and analytics platform to process and visualize operational data using Laravel and Python. • Designed and implemented interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and geographic monitoring features that enabled operators to analyze communication activity and key operational metrics through a unified interface. • Developed KPI monitoring and alerting capabilities to provide timely visibility into significant operational events and potential service issues. • Improved operational awareness and decision-making by transforming complex satellite communication data into accessible, actionable insights.
