I’m Mikhail — Senior Analyst and ex-Head of Trading at a crypto market-making fund.

 I led 7 trading teams, managed $10M+ in AUM, and executed over 100 listings on CEX and DEX.
 Together with devs, I built and improved algorithms — from grid and funding rate arbitrage to VWAP and DEX market-making.

I acted as internal Product Owner of the trading platform — collecting trader feedback and improving dashboards for PnL, position risk, and market monitoring.
