Issuing invoices and sending it to customers and following up for the due payments. Sending customer SOA's on regular basis, collection of due payments and posting in system. Visiting defaulting customers for overdue payments. Maintaining full customer record as per company policy. Matching payments to invoice number & allocating accurately to make ageing clear. Keeping full track of customer ageing and giving report to the top management on weekly basis. Booking bad debt provision for defaulting customers as per policy. Booking revenue and keeping full record of accrued income on monthly basis. Booking supplier invoices and releasing their payments as per due contract. Preparing bank reconciliation on monthly basis. Verifying & issuing payroll on monthly basis. Verification, maintenance & issuance of petty cash. Assist in internal & external audit on regular basis. Assist in month end and year end closing process.

Sending statement of accounts to all the customers on weekly and monthly basis and reconciling customer accounts on regular basis. Booking revenue on monthly basis and following up with sales team for any unbilled amount. Allocating all the payment receipts in Oracle and sending receipt voucher to customers. Preparation of monthly Bank reconciliation and daily cash reconciliation. Researching and resolving account discrepancies. Booking bad debts provision as per company policy. Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses. Perform booking of all cash vouchers & JVs in Oracle. Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
