Operations Manager
I’m a remote-first operations, executive support, and coordination professional with 5+ years of experience working across administrative support, marketing operations, project coordination, and client/account management in fast-paced environments. I’ve supported leaders and teams with calendar and inbox management, meeting operations, documentation, reporting, task tracking, and cross-functional follow-through, helping teams stay organized and execution-focused.
My experience includes supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating projects and stakeholders, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining clean documentation systems, tracking action items, and ensuring deadlines are met. I’m comfortable working with distributed teams and async workflows, and I use tools like Notion, Trello/Asana, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Calendly, and spreadsheets to create structure, visibility, and accountability.
Beyond administrative and operations support, I bring experience in sales and account management, which helps me communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage follow-ups, and understand how operational efficiency directly supports growth.
