Artur Guliński is a results-driven operator and strategist with over 15 years of experience building and scaling ventures across fintech, blockchain, and emerging technology. Known for turning complex visions into executable roadmaps, Artur combines deep operational discipline with business acumen to drive structure, growth, and accountability across global organizations.

As Chief Operating Officer at Zekret Labs, Artur leads cross-functional operations bridging traditional finance and decentralized markets. He designs scalable business systems, manages investor relations and data rooms, and drives institutional adoption through regulatory-aligned execution (MiCA, FATF, SEC). His leadership ensures that every process — from compliance automation to GTM rollout — is precise, efficient, and audit-ready.

Previously, Artur co-founded and led ZenovaX, an immersive technology venture, where he architected scalable operational frameworks across AR, blockchain, and AI. He also served as Director of Operations at Orbitt, a Solana-native market-making platform, where he oversaw business infrastructure, monetization design, and process automation for DeFi scalability.

Artur has advised over 40 blockchain and fintech projects, helping raise more than $20M and launch ecosystems that combine regulatory trust with commercial performance. His work spans DeFi, tokenization, RWA, and AI — consistently integrating operational excellence with market readiness.
