I used to understand product manager's requirement about the consumer facing end product and developed a Business Intelligence App from the scratch. For this I used to collaborate with them via periodic feedback meetings and refined until the imagined product developed was actually how it was desired. I analyzed not just rationally but also intuitively the needs of internal stakeholders and those external stakeholders (whom I never even met) and was able to put that idea into practise. I not only innovatively designed something from scratch but was also able to technically redesign company's existing web platform which featured the SaaS product as well in collaboration with other product management team. I Architected and deployed enterprise SaaS Business Intelligence analytics application on Azure PaaS with supporting infrastructure on Azure IaaS, serving multiple healthcare consumers (radiology department teams of hospitals).

Led implementation of bulk reporting system for Tylenol case data to Health Canada, meeting strict regulatory deadlines. Established automated daily report transmission to Health Canada's secured FTP server with zero additional resource investment. Developed Health Canada database integration for drugs and natural products, improving data retrieval efficiency. Created VBA-based automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks, improving accuracy and minimizing human error. Built Power View and Pivot Table solutions for advanced data analysis via spreadsheets. Maintained SharePoint team sites including product labels, list management, and automated report generation.

Processed and evaluated adverse event reports for marketed and investigational pharmaceutical products. Ensured timely and accurate data entry into global drug safety databases in compliance with regulatory requirements. Supported pharmacovigilance workflows aligned with Health Canada and international regulatory standards.

Managed IT infrastructure and research projects for natural health product development within budget and timeline constraints. Utilized Microsoft Project for project tracking with Gantt charts for stakeholder presentations. Coordinated cross-functional activities across R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams. Performed root cause analysis and implemented corrective/preventive actions throughout project lifecycles.

Responded to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers regarding pharmaceutical products. Conducted literature searches and prepared evidence-based responses to complex medical and clinical questions. Ensured responses aligned with approved product labeling, compliance, and medical governance standards.
