I was working as a Senior Frontend Developer for Oradian, a startup based out of Zagreb, Croatia. I contributed to the development of Instafin, their core banking solution and Instafin Field Officer App, a companion app (Android). My responsibilities included implementing features with React / Redux / Typescript. Other than this, I also worked on a couple of Jenkins Pipelines.

I was part of the development team at Flock, a team messenger product. Apart from the core product, I contributed to development of Admin interface using AngularJS 1.x

I was part of the Frontend Engineering team as a Senior Developer. My team and I successfully migrated the entire payment flow out of Magento into AngularJS 1.x frontend. I also worked on frontend optimisation which brought down the first paint time from 3s to 800ms.

I chased my dream of running a startup back in 2014. Me along with my cofounder worked tirelessly to develop an ed tech solution focused on facilitating live lessons between tutors and student. The classroom was equipped with audio/visual/text chat, a shared whiteboard, screen-sharing and live code editor. I developed the entire frontend and a little bit of backend involving sockets. Rest of the backend was developed by my cofounder. The startup failed to get a meaningful traction while we burnt through our savings and we had to shut down eventually. Nonetheless, the experience was incredibly rewarding!

Shopsense, a fashion tech company, had a wonderful product with which one can mix and match apparels on a touch screen, in retail stores. The application was developed using QML and Javascript and I was part of the development team. I also worked on an Analytics product which was used to monitor device health of the touch screen apps.

I contributed extensively to various internal projects utilising a diverse tech stack including Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and AngularJS.

I successfully executed a Java/J2EE project that seamlessly integrated into their internal suite of tools, contributing to the enhancement of their overall tooling infrastructure.
