Architected a Modular Plugin System for plug-and-play feature integration, reducing core SDK complexity by 40% and enhancing maintainability. Implemented a cross-platform Foreground Service for iOS and Kotlin to ensure reliable, real-time processing of NWC events by waking the SDK from a background state. Developed server-side logic using WebSockets to listen for NWC events from subscribed relays and trigger push notifications to the client’s foreground service.

Built a modular NWC (Nostr Wallet Connect) bridge to enable Lightning, Bitcoin, and Liquid payments through the Breez SDK, supporting secure WebSocket communication and multiple payment formats like BOLT11 and BIP21. Implemented optional modular bridge using Rust’s feature flags and trait-based design, making it reusable, testable, and compatible with self-custodial wallet workflows. Built an event-driven system with demo website that processes payment requests via Nostr relays, generates invoices through SDK, and returns responses with user consent and replay protection.
