Responsible for computer and hardware maintenance. Assist in LAN configuration to ensure optimal internet connection in the laboratory. Provide technical support to lecturers and students regarding hardware and software. Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring the availability and readiness of the laboratory for practical activities. Record and document technical issues and implemented solutions, including creating maintenance and inventory reports. Ensure the security of laboratory equipment through access settings, system updates, and the use of antivirus software.
