Using unsupervised learning & ANOVA with Python to map bearing vibration patterns and project operating conditions against alarm limits. Prepare and present a final report titled “Analisis Predictive Maintenance dengan Unsupervised Learning dan ANOVApada Vibrasi Solar Centaur 50 Gas Turbine” to the engineering team. Using SAP to extract and manage equipment performance data and maintenance history. Performing data analysis with Microsoft Excel and Visual Studio Code for trend monitoring, condition summaries, and maintenance report preparation. Assisting with Risk Based Inspection (RBI) work on company assets such as pipelines, by recording corrosion conditions, measuring risk levels using a risk matrix, and supporting asset integrity evaluations.

Assisting in the design and installation of roll bars and modifications to off-road vehicle components. Performing technical recording and documentation of maintenance and modification processes to support work standardization. Manage sales and inventory data (chassis, suspension parts) and process it using Microsoft Excel to monitor stock and demand trends. Support senior mechanics in testing modification results and ensuring vehicle performance meets standards.

Using SAP to organize and update asset data in the warehouse, ensuring that spare parts information is always accurate and up-to-date. Extracting data from SAP to Microsoft Excel for analysis, including spare parts requirements, usage patterns, and maintenance trends, thereby supporting the maintenance team in decision-making. Using Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and chart monitoring) to assist in planning spare parts requirements, estimating costs, and preparing corrective maintenance schedules for rig components such as mud pumps and power packs. Inputting and managing rig maintenance data using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for maintenance history recording. Support the team in risk assessment and cost control for repair and overhaul activities of rig equipment. Collaborate with the maintenance team to document troubleshooting results and provide input on maintenance process optimization.
