Salom, I am Aziz, a senior student now at Duke. I am an MLH Fellow who is contributing to Open Source projects with tens of millions of weekly downloads under the supervision of Jordan Harbrand (maintainer and creator of 300+ JS packages). 

I am also a big fan of building apps for hackathons for which I was selected for MLH Top 50, 2022. My team and I tackled real-world issues and built an app for aiding healthcare workers in digitalizing notes and predicting the condition, helping educators assess student engagement, and more! You may be surprised, but I am a self-taught coder who had the privilege of taking my first CS class after having won 5 hackathons. I got interested in webdev after my sophomore year, I taught myself how to code during the summer, then participated in hackathons, won in at least one nomination in every single of them, was named MLH Top 50, and now contributing to eslint import plugin as a part of MLH Fellowship. Although I lack experience in blockchain dev, my past experience reveals my adeptness at learning.

I am seeking full-time positions in software/blockchain dev in Europe, the US, the UK, or remote. I have strong fundamentals of CS through my course work (took DSA, Computer Systems courses, next semester taking Advanced Software Design and Network Architecture classes) and great experience of building cool stuff for hackathons. I am currently in the US, but do not have work authorization upon graduation. I am eligible for High Potential Individual visa status for the UK.
