After 25 years of experience, my key strengths that supports a positive outcome: 

-Developed end2end MICE multi-projects, private to corporate, up to 20000 attendees;

With a MICE and commercial career at B2C and B2B, I have a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle in development projects, being able to work side by side with marketing top executives or C-level staff as well other team members. I also have experience in learning and applying new technologies as appropriate. 


Currently working at an engineering company, where my technical skills improved a with installations team support taking me to dive into hardware and software knowledge - my chief engineer is great training others to deliver a fabulous outcome of “job done”. I come from hospitality and travel background, with operation in property, aviation, accomodation, F&B, sales, marketing and program management being 80% of my roles in a competitive industry with interpersonal and leadership experience pushed forward - things change in a split second and decisions must be accurate to fulfil customer need states -, working teams sometimes more than 100 staff, yearly and montlhy multiple projects with SOP's raised from scratch. 

Some pin points: 

1.       Estetica Viva Forum, the annual event for health and beauty professionals only, a large scale event with dozens of meetups and talks in real time, worked 3 years from 12000 attendees to 20000; 

2.       .At suMisura, a luxury made-to-measure atelier, the customer level experience is high in privacy, worked from the re-design of the visual identity to the showroom visual merchandising, passing by top positions at regional search engines and cold calls with 98% acceptance at an transaction rate around 7%, managed ~100 marketing community events to increase brand awareness and generate sales, for 8 years; 

3.       Galicia, Extremadura, Andalucia and Catalonia, worked the target markets to the public agency RTCA, develop for 6 years the B2B full road-shows and Fam Trips.
