- Elaborated and participated to the interviews of 7 collaborators-clients 

- Facilitated the Design Thinking workshop with 15 collaborators-clients

- Created the restitution document and presentated it to the participants

Innovation Consultant
- Created the commercial offer on metavers

- Co-organized the communication event on metavers (Inspire#2 with Alex Bauer)

- Financial management of an ongoing project, 9M€

- GDPR and DS&P risk management

- Integrated and improved the employee experience with a more appropriate onboarding of new recruits : satisfaction of new arrivals 9.5/10

- Organized 5 federative events to revitalize IBM's Marseille branch
