Career Path // How I Got Here:

Front-End Developer -> Published Social Scientist -> Data Analyst -> Inbound Marketing Guru -> Technical Enterprise Sales -> Business Development Director -> Growth Operations Leadership -> Published Thought Leader -> GTM Strategist -> Revenue Program Developer   

Characteristics // What Matters to Me:

  • The Pursuit of Perfection comes with it the cost of Optimization.
  • Data can tell any story you want but knowing which story needs to be told is the true art.
  • People would rather ride a real horse than an imagined unicorn.
  • If you do not know what you do not know then you probably do not know much of anything.
  • If you want to see the true character of a person just watch how they treat those who cannot do anything for them. 
  • Almost ironically, the only thing someone cannot learn is how to critically think.   

What I am (and am not) Looking for Next:

✅ Able to work remotely AND also have a prescribed place to work that allows me to interact directly with my customers and facilitates collaboration with my team.

❌ Prescribed "Working" Hours -> I believe that Life, Innovation, Creativity, and Curiosity all cannot possibly happen on any sort of contained and prescribed schedule. 

✅ Work for a company doing something BIG, on something that TRULY matters, and has the possibility of inducing positive, representative, and more ethical changes to the way that the World works or to the way that people interact with it. 

❌ A company where the people that work there all seem to have a sameness about them and they hire people that share this sameness, creating a cultural feedback loop that becomes impossible to change -> I believe that every person experiences life differently. These differences are beautiful and I want to work for a company that not only welcomes different viewpoints, but also believes that diversity of everything makes every aspect of the business stronger.

✅ Most importantly, Money will come and go, but I want to work for a company that views my contributions as valuable and is able to provide a compensation package on par with the market demands. With that said, I have got to this point in my career by taking calculated risks, so I am confident that if there is a mutual will, we can find a way forward that is mutually beneficial.
