TradFi Global — Product Owner: Owned the Global TradFi product line end-to-end — designed the dual STP (zero-commission) / ECN (raw-spread) account-mode system with LP routing separation; drove the listing of 376+ US (NYSE/NASDAQ) and China A-share CFD symbols with 24×5 extended trading hours and leverage-event emergency SOPs; built the risk and margin framework (NOP limits, slippage protection, Margin Call 80% / Stop Out 50% automation) and the TWAP insurance-pool liquidation engine; and owned the LTA (KOL) live-trading account product plus the Credit/VIP/referral incentive systems. TradFi EU — Product Owner (Regulatory-Led): Owned the EU TradFi product line as a separate, compliance-driven workstream from Global — led the SCA entity migration under MiFID II licensing requirements, designing the user compliance onboarding UJ, differentiated user groups and permission tiers, region-specific T&Cs, VAT/tax display, and regional restriction rules, plus Indonesia ICDX/JFX regulatory integration. Institutional Trading Infrastructure RFQ / OTC Platform (0→1): Built Bybit's proprietary RFQ system from scratch, supporting multi-leg quotes, directed pricing, and cross-asset execution, with Market Maker Protection (MMP) and a maker-monitoring dashboard. Platform now processes ~US$1.27M daily notional across 2 institutions. Institutional FIX API: Authored the three-session FIX protocol spec (Order Entry, Drop Copy, Market Data) with Ed25519 authentication and support for WebSocket batch order entry. Risk & Platform Systems Risk Radar Platform: Led development of Bybit's internal risk-monitoring platform covering dynamic margin calculation, liquidation surveillance, and real-time risk-metric visualization.
