I was recently working for POAP as Business Developer. The main aspects I developed there:

- 🐱‍💻Perform in depth analysis on industry trends to provide strategic insights and identify new opportunities
- 💹 Strong ability to create strategies that combine innovative NFT concepts, gamification, tactical implementation and design to create engaging user experiences (B2C) and partnerships (B2B)
- 🦾 Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to partners (design, product, market, tech, finance, sales, etc…)

On chain stuff:

- 👨‍🏫 Extensive DeFi on chain with track record
- 💰 Actively involved in the ecosystem, owning some key governance tokens, knowledgeable about the main models (Liquity, Curve, Aave, etc.)
- 🐇 Solid understanding of DEXs like Curve, Uniswap, Balancer and voting protocols I.e. Convex, Aura as well as ve(3,3) models like e.g. Velodrome (well versed in the differences of CRV models; cvxCRV, yCRV, sdCRV, uCRV, and aCRV)
- 🐰 Solid understanding of the top DeFi protocols and good overview of the promising newcomers
- Following closely various governance forums and active on DeFi-related Discords
