Brief intro:
I have three years of experience in the web3 industry and am fluent in English. In the past, I have been responsible for operating and marketing some dapps. I participated in the entire project from 0 to 1, formulated operational plans, and developed and implemented community and business development.

The project tracks that I have participated in from 0-1 are Defi Quantitative trading, Lending, stablecoin, and metaverse.

Richish intro:)
My first job was in the traditional online recruitment track in July 2020. I served as assistant to the general manager, assisting in investment promotion, maintaining government relations, cooperating with the product technology department for quality control, and in-depth sales of the sales department, brand department, and customer service. The Ministry formulates development strategies.

It will officially enter the blockchain industry in June 2021.

My primary responsibility in the company is to assist the general manager in the overall construction, implementation, and business development of market resources and project operations.

Over the past year or so, I've been trying to transition into a more operational role. I'm responsible for designing and delivering campaigns, analyzing the consequences of metrics, and reporting insights to higher management, so I've handled everything in the cycle.

About my experience (part)

—As Quantitative trading, when the platform cold started, TVL reached 5 million, Twitter exposure data exceeded 70% within 28 days, and page views were 37%.

Establish weekly cooperation with other project parties and add two new trading pairs. The weekly trading pair volume achieves one hundred thousand dollars.
