Led marketing, business development, and community for fixed-rate lending protocol Swivel Finance and yield aggregation protocol Illuminate Finance. Recruited and led marketing and BD teams. Drove protocol adoption through targeted campaigns, strategic advertising, inter-protocol partnerships, and Twitter Spaces; supported $300M in Swivel trading volume and $15M for Illuminate. Secured key partnerships with 16+ fixed-rate protocols and led in-person outreach at major conferences including ETH Denver. Helped coordinate $3.5M Series A raise from investors including Amber Group, Fenbushi, and GSR.

Co-founded the world’s first tokenized VTuber model collection, generating $32M in sales and ~$36M ARR. Identified and pioneered the VRM NFT market niche, directing the creation of 2,000 unique, non-procedurally generated VTuber models. Led DAO organization, go-to-market strategy, and end-to-end marketing efforts, resulting in a launch that achieved >5 ETH per model. Oversaw post-launch initiatives including secondary NFT collection airdrops such as 3D VRM models and custom 1/1 PFPs by leading artists, and ultimately wound down via fair treasury distribution system to tokenholders.

Led marketing and business development for Solana’s first decentralized fund management protocol, executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for a non-custodial investment platform that empowered users to create and manage their own funds. Developed marketing materials emphasizing key platform advantages such as smart contract security, access to diverse Solana assets, ultra-low fees, and high throughput. Built and managed community engagement across Discord, Twitter, and Telegram, established strategic partnerships within the Solana ecosystem, and designed incentive programs like high-profile KOL trading competitions to drive user adoption.
