Developed a web service using C#, ASP.net Core, and MySQL integrating DocuSign to facilitate electronic signatures for the sale of research projects.

At Kinsta, I played a key role in collaborating with Design and QA teams to resolve technical issues across the platform, enhancing the overall customer experience. I contributed to the development of a real-time messaging customer support application using PlateJS, Javascript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and SQL, delivering comprehensive features from end to end. I also developed new application and database hosting features to help the company reach its business goals in penetrating new markets. Additionally, I interviewed and mentored team members, helping to establish a strong developer culture as the team scaled from 20 to 100 members. My role included executing data analysis on platform usage, optimizing platform performance by addressing critical bottlenecks, and implementing a malware scanner with ClamAV, Node.js, Google Cloud Storage, and Google Cloud Functions to secure customer support communications.

Created new features, functionality, and capabilities from Invision visual prototypes using React, Mobx, and Semantic UI.

At Nerdico, I provided guidance on front-end strategies, architecture, standards, development tools, and best practices. I developed initial prototypes in React using JavaScript, Redux, PostCSS, and Webpack, often based on visual mockups and wireframes. I offered remote engineering services to clients, focusing on application development using modern web technologies. Additionally, I engineered and managed a server for proof-of-work cryptocurrencies, enhancing system efficiency and performance.

At Nectar, I collaborated with the engineering team, product managers, and designers at a Series B startup to improve an existing user-facing web application. This involved refactoring features such as settings, inventory, and orders using React, Redux, PostCSS, and Webpack. Additionally, I implemented a suite of unit tests using Mocha and Chai for the refactored features, which increased code coverage by 30%.

At Thinkful, I mentored five bootcamp students one-on-one remotely each week to review best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I enhanced student learning and problem-solving by engaging in collaborative pair programming within the bootcamp curriculum.

Collaborated with an industrial research lab to prototype an authentication solution using Chrome’s Web Bluetooth API using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

At Eastern Bank, I acted as a liaison between the product team and Infosys during the redevelopment of Eastern's web and mobile banking applications. This role involved in-person meetings, close collaboration with third-party stakeholders, and meticulous documentation of API changes. I also played a key role in establishing the engineering culture as the team expanded from 5 to over 20 members by interviewing new team members, conducting weekly lunch-and-learn sessions, and mentoring peers on debugging techniques. Additionally, I collaborated on the development of the web and mobile banking applications using Angular 1.x, Ionic, Gulp, and Sass. These applications were built on top of Infosys’s Finacle SOAP API and were used by over 100,000 personal banking users in the Northeast region.

At Sapient Global Markets, I collaborated with designers to implement features for client projects such as MFS and Fidelity, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I advised clients on performance, scalability, front-end engineering practices, and debugging techniques. Additionally, I contributed to Fidelity's component library to aid in internal front-end development, utilizing HTML, SASS, Grunt, and JavaScript. I also worked on an internal staffing application using Angular 1.x, Node.js, Join.js, and PostgreSQL to assess project resource allocation.
