    • Leading pre-sales efforts of complex deals with enterprises and governments looking to innovate with Cardano blockchain and distributed ledger technology to improve operational processes and generate new business models with tokenized digital assets. Developed custom presentations to perform discovery of needs and strategic objectives while directing internal teams and executive leadership on requirements analysis, solution scoping, and contract proposal. Partnering with product teams, as needed, to validate feature sets and roadmap timelines for delivery.
    • Developed a new “Blockchain Innovation” advisory service within commercial unit leveraging a blockchain value framework and design thinking-lean startup methodologies. Designed virtual workshop ceremonies to co-innovate with clients, reframe problems, and ideate on high-impact solutions to reach value hypotheses and technical feasibility to be delivered in a proof of concept (PoC) and minimum viable product (MVP). 
    • Co-facilitated paid consulting engagements on tokenomics and tokenization strategies to decentralized application (dApp) startups and enterprises. Performed strategic assessment of proposed business models and ecosystem participants to understand product value proposition, desired user behaviors, incentive mechanisms, protocol utility, and capital requirements. 
    • Performed in-depth research and learning to support commercial consulting activities and build expertise across blockchain topics (ie. public vs private blockchains, custodial vs non-custodial wallets, sidechains, token bridges, EVMs, native assets, NFTs, smart contracts, DAOs, node architecture, decentralized identity, DeFi lending/borrowing, yield farming, DEXs, AMM models, researching project tokenomics and white papers)
