I am a committed and technically skilled IT professional with hands-on experience in municipal IT support, networking, hardware installations, and user support. My background includes Municipal IT Clerk at Renosterberg Local Municipality, ICT Technician at ICT-Link, and Senior Field Technician at ICLIX (Pty) Ltd, where I maintained and supported network infrastructure, carried out client troubleshooting, and undertook hardware/software maintenance at various locations.

In these roles, I built and maintained wireless and fiber network infrastructures, provided technical support to internal departments and customers, and troubleshot IT-related problems efficiently. My ability to work under minimal supervision, communicate well, and adapt to different technical environments makes me particularly suitable for customer support and networking roles.

Academically, I hold a Diploma and BSc in Information Technology, and I'm currently completing my Honours degree in IT, where I'm developing further skills in cloud computing, cybersecurity, mobile app development, and systems analysis.
