Designed experiences for mobile and web to allow users to use cash for buying and selling cryptocurrencies at physical locations in a cross-functional environment. Conceptualized future ideas that would help our customer segment accomplish their goals and explored use cases that could increase the adoption of cryptocurrencies. Introduced user research practices that established processes in how we validate our ideas and gain insights for future product initiatives. Created and maintained a design system for our web app to ensure consistency between designs.

Collaborated in a cross-functional, Agile environment with product owners, developers, other designers, and stakeholders. Prepared designs for the Same-Day Delivery initiative which generated $2 million more than projected in 2019. Introduced a new cart experience that increased gross margin by 19.6%. Redesigned the checkout experience which led to an increase in completion rate by 3.2% and revenue by 3%. Conducted research and user testing to inform and validate our design choices. Presented findings to the rest of the digital team. Ensured designs met requirements from user stories with business analysts and prepared them for handoff to the engineering team.
