Community Manager/Customer Support

I'm Owen Bruno, a Community Moderator and Customer support representative. I've worked with several projects both web2 and web3. I am part of the founding team of supreme Dao and function as the Customer support representative on both discord and telegram. I am patient with customers and pay attention to detail to help assist them. 

In addition to my Customer support skills, i also Learnt how to set up Discord servers so as to oversea customer safety in the server, also implementing the ticket tool to make customers feel safe while reporting difficulties. 

I am reliable and can work under pressure, i worked with Algodino through their Nft mint phase which seemed to be the most hectic phase of the project, i was available to answer and assist members in compliant regarding how to mint, list and even in some cases how to get necessary gas needed. This was possible due to my broad knowledge in cryptocurrency having being actively involved for 5years+ in fields like Nft, defi, l2 and L1, bridging, swapping etc.

Lastly, I'm always online which guarantees that customers compliant are not left unattended.
