Led design for Calimero Private Blockchain Dashboard, Calimero Portal (Calimero Chat, Calimero Docs, Calimero Tasks) and took ownership over complete company branding. Defined the roadmap, roles and responsibilities and ways of working between design, QA and development. Conducted B2B calls with clients to align on new projects & features and improving current platform. Helped to allocate development resources by prioritising user, client and business needs.

Responsible for designing & improving Superbet’s mobile application login, registration, verification, user settings and betting limit. Conducted user testing and design validation through testing platform. Improved time to complete user verification by 75% and increased the number of automatic ID verifications by 150. Animating icons and illustrations with After Effects (Lottie) enhancing the app's interactivity.

Led design for various Croatian e-commerce brands mostly in cosmetics industry. Responsible for improving existing internal product for managing webshop inventory.

Led design for Panadol Global Master (main design used throughout all localisations). Assisted with design for Aquafresh Message maker - a platform designed to create short promotional videos. Creating and improving designs on various web and mobile projects in medical industry (Aquafresh, Always On, Guillete). Managed web projects for Panadol, working closely with designers, developers, QA and client. Defining project timelines, cost and time allocation between team members.
