At 12 years old I was already a project manager, I was also the go to in home translator for my two immigrant parents. Always reading and helping them understand documents with language and concepts beyond my years. I once sat with my parents and a home loan officer helping them navigate terms I definitely didn't comprehend. But that prepared me to constantly wear different hats throughout my personal life and career.  

As project manager and data analyst with 8 years of experience achieving, enhancing, and growing engagement, client performance and exceeding goals, at Lexington Public Schools and Lawrence Public Schools. I  developed and executed individualized daily lesson plans for 90 students over 4 sections which required specific IEPs, and 504s modifications, which advanced performance by 9% within 10 months. I have excellent  management skills to lead projects and oversee groups of people in rapidly changing environments with a natural ability to identify problems and come up with solutions.

Being a first gen American had its many challenges but also so many great advantages. I’m always ready for new challenges and new opportunities no matter how difficult or impossible they seem. When I’m not on the job I love to drink iced coffee like a true New Englander and binge watch any show on Netflix’s top 10.
